Exam fee: Every visit includes a $40 exam fee per pet.

Mileage fee: A mileage fee applies per visit for in-home or on-site appointments.

VCPR requirement: North Carolina law requires an in-person Veterinarian-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) before we can diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication for your pet — this ensures we have the firsthand knowledge needed to provide safe, informed care.
